今天咱们的主角是番茄
小番茄是我喜欢的蔬菜，有时也把它们当水果来吃
在网上收集了一些关于番茄的小知识和大家一起分享
忌
与石榴同食。青色未熟的番茄不食。烹调时不要久煮 烧煮时稍加些醋，就能破坏其中的有害物质番茄碱。 益 瘦身。美容。抗衰老。增强抵抗力
防癌。健胃。抗高血压。预防便秘 将1～2个番茄切片，加盐或糖少许，熬汤热饮，可防中暑
将番茄汁和西瓜汁各半杯混合饮用，每小时饮一次，可退高烧
将番茄洗净当水果吃，连吃半月，可治愈牙龈出血
食 土豆牛肉
牛腩肉（切块入冷水烧开去血沫）
番茄酱，新鲜番茄/土豆/洋葱（切块备用）
油锅内加入少量辣味番茄沙司和洋葱块 香味四溢后倒入牛腩翻炒，再加西红柿块
移入慢炖锅，添水、土豆、干辣椒
汤开后加盐，再炖1小时 幸福摩轮突然想要把空间变成可爱的糖果色
似乎有了摩天轮的孩子都渴望这样

所以也去领养了一个
小宠物被我起名为 K.Juno
Juno是一部电影里女主角的名字，自己相当喜欢她的性格
K当然是猫猫的缩写啦～
亲们，小车里有吃的，鼠标拖给Juno就可以啦 但是千万不要给她吃便便哟，她会头晕眼花送医院哒
给Juno买了新衣服还有咸鱼和纸飞机
这个夏天过的百无聊赖
似乎这个最后的夏天终究逃不过落寞
